Kindergarten Field Trip InformationThanksgiving Feast
Each year the students in Kindergarten participate in a Thanksgiving Feast. The kids will make food for the feast as well as costumes and gifts. Mrs. Walker’s class will dress as the Native Americans and Mrs. Thompson’s class will dress as the pilgrims. On Tuesday, November 22nd we will have our feast in the cafeteria. The pilgrims will ride into the cafeteria on the Mayflower to meet the Native American friends. We will recite a poem and enjoy the feast that the students have made. Parents are more than welcome to join us for our feast and we would love your help! In order to make this Thanksgiving feast a success we need your help with donations! Mrs.Thompson’s Dad always makes the Kindergarten classes a turkey and stuffing, however we will need a few more things to make the feast! Below is a list of donations that we could use. If you are willing to donate, please send a note to Mrs. Walker or Mrs. Thompson with what you would like to donate. We will have a sign up at conferences as well |
